2 tablespoons olive oil
One clove garlic, thinly sliced
2 small bay leaves, crushed
2 tablespoons lime juice
1/4 cup frozen orange juice concentrate
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp oregano
1 tablespoon honey
Salt and pepper to taste
Heat olive oil in a large skillet. Sauté garlic then add pork pieces. Brown pork. Add orange juice concentrate, lime juice, balsamic vinegar, honey, and seasonings. Cook until pork is done and sauce is thick.
Serve on corn tortillas or tortilla chips. Sprinkle with sift white cheese.
